Modular homes or barndominiums are structures that are often ready-made and assembled ahead of time in a controlled factory setting before being delivered to the job site. While we often fabricate our framing lumber ahead of construction, we do not deliver pre-assembled structures to the job site. We believe this makes for a better product, more flexibility, and higher accuracy, as our fabricated lumber allows us to work quickly and precisely without ever sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction in the process.
We do not. We frame our barndominiums with high-grade lumber sourced from our mill-direct suppliers here in the Pacific Northwest. Doing so gives our barndominiums more flexibility, greater energy efficiency, and more beautiful interior and exterior spaces.
